Much of Ladner and Tsawwassen sits on soft, low-lying delta soils. That's worth understanding: signs of settlement — cracked foundations, sloping floors, doors that stick — deserve a closer look, and it's sensible to ask about drainage and whether overland-water coverage is available on your insurance.
