The Fraser Valley board reports White Rock together with South Surrey in its price index. Looking at the City of White Rock on its own, September 2026 benchmarks were $1,542,600 for a detached home, $720,800 for a townhouse and $543,200 for an apartment, with 30 sales.
Coastal buildings age differently. Salt air and wind-driven rain wear faster on balconies, railings, windows and exterior metals, so in a White Rock condo I look closely at what the depreciation report and maintenance records say about those components.
